About Coach Rachel-

Rachel has played volleyball for the past 10 years. She was a setter for Lee's Summit North on Varsity since her sophmore year in high school. She went to school in Columbia and was selected for the Mizzou women's "A" club team. She has a lot of experience in the competitive club volleyball world, she competed for invasion, legends and club one. Rachel is excited about coaching again! She really enjoyed leading her 15-1 club team as a head coach for Club Como. She wants to build a foundation for success through good communication, fundamentals and trust. "Winning will come naturally once these things are achieved" -Rachel. She wants to stay connect to the sport and teach our youth players to love the game as much as she does. We are excited to welcome Rachel to our family as she will help lead our 14 silver team for the 2011-2012 season. Last year our 14-3 team acheived 100 game victories and took home 6 medals, 4 of which were GOLD!!! We look forward to another great season and welcome Coach Rachel to the HEAT!!!
